Proficiency in Medical First Aid

 

Scope
Compliance with the training requirement for Proficiency in Medical First Aid as specified under A-VI/ 4-1
of Code A of the STCW 95.

Objective
On completion of this course the trainee will have a knowledgeand skill of first aid sufficient to takeimmediate effective action in the case of accident or illness, likely to occur on board ship until the arrival of the person who discharge of medical care.

Duration: 4days.(28 hrs.)
